Deposit Policy:   A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the selling price is required to hold a Miniature Schnauzer puppy which has
been born.  We will gladly refund a deposit which is placed on an "upcoming litter" if a puppy is not born meeting your requirements.

As you know, there are many dog breeders out there to choose from.  We make the difference because we are not a kennel, our adults &
puppies are NOT born or raised in cages & pens where they never have the freedom to run and play or learn to potty on grass.  We allow our
adult dogs free reign within our home and fenced yard as they deserve while also providing a safe & nurturing environment for our puppies
during their first 8 weeks with us.  If you want to see the difference for yourself, go visit kennels listed in most local papers and see why they
